Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between Dry Ice Pro Auto ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and our clients ("Client" or "you") regarding our dry ice blasting, rust treatment, nano-ceramic coating, and related automotive cleaning services. By engaging with our services — including accepting an estimate or invoice — you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Our services encompass, but are not limited to, automotive dry ice blasting, undercarriage dry ice cleaning, engine bay dry ice cleaning, rust treatment, and industrial nano-ceramic coating. We specialize in classic cars, exotic cars, collector vehicles, and performance vehicles, serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson, Queen Creek, Chandler, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Tempe, and Paradise Valley, Arizona, along with Las Vegas, Nevada.

1. Service Agreement

All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work, typically detailed in an estimate or work order. Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is presented in an appropriate condition for the services, free from excessive loose debris or hazardous materials not related to the dry ice blasting process.

Disclosure of any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive components that may require special attention or pose a risk during cleaning is mandatory. Failure to disclose such information may affect the Company's responsibility or liability.

Please remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to drop-off. Dry Ice Pro Auto is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left inside the vehicle during service.

It is the Client's responsibility to notify Dry Ice Pro Auto of any concerns immediately upon vehicle pickup. Failure to report issues at the time of pickup may result in the denial of warranty coverage or service adjustment requests. Once the vehicle leaves our premises, Dry Ice Pro Auto is not responsible for issues that cannot be verified as arising directly from our service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required upon completion of service and before the vehicle is released from our premises. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover (a 3% processing fee applies and will be added to your total)

  • Certified Check (must clear before vehicle release)

  • Zelle — send to [email protected]

Personal checks are not accepted. Late payments may incur additional fees. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, though any changes will be communicated before work begins.

4. Estimate Range & Final Pricing

Every estimate provided by Dry Ice Pro Auto represents the upper limit of the projected cost. Because dry ice blasting is a dynamic process — the amount of ice consumed and labor required depends on what we encounter once we get into the job — we provide both a lower and upper price range upfront.

You will never be charged more than the upper limit quoted, unless additional work is requested or approved by the customer after the service has begun. The final invoice reflects actual dry ice consumed and hours worked, and will often come in below the upper estimate. If additional areas of concern are identified during service and the Client wishes to expand the scope of work, a revised estimate will be presented and must be approved before additional work proceeds.

5. Deposit & Scheduling

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, particularly for jobs estimated at $500 or more. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final invoice balance. Once a deposit is collected and an appointment is confirmed, the deposit cannot be returned if the Client cancels or fails to bring the vehicle in as scheduled.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment malfunction, or adverse weather conditions.

6. Credit Card Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By authorizing payment via credit card, the Client agrees to resolve any disputes regarding payment or service quality directly with Dry Ice Pro Auto before initiating a chargeback with their credit card provider. Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to dispute any chargeback where services have been completed and authorized by the Client. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional collection fees and legal action under Arizona law. To raise a service concern, contact us at (520) 808-3132 or [email protected] within 48 hours of vehicle pickup.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Dry Ice Pro Auto performs all services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with dry ice blasting, including high-pressure application and thermal shock.

The Company is not liable for existing vehicle damage that is exacerbated or revealed by the cleaning process, nor for damage to non-OEM parts, improperly installed components, or electrical systems not explicitly covered by our service agreement.

The Client acknowledges that dry ice blasting may reveal pre-existing damage including surface rust, paint chips, deteriorated seals, or corrosion previously concealed by dirt and debris. Dry Ice Pro Auto is not liable for the discovery or exposure of pre-existing conditions.

While dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive method, it is performed at the Client's own risk, especially concerning delicate surfaces or aged components. The Company's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Dry Ice Pro Auto is not responsible for incidental damage such as pre-existing scratches, dents, dings, chips, or environmental exposure that may occur while the vehicle is on our premises. All vehicles are parked at the customer's own risk.

8. Rust Treatment

Rust treatment is applied following the dry ice blast process to neutralize active iron oxide corrosion at the molecular level. Results depend on the depth and extent of rust penetration at the time of service. Dry Ice Pro Auto makes no guarantee regarding the structural integrity of severely corroded components. Surface rust neutralization does not replace structural repair where metal has been mechanically compromised.

9. Nano-Ceramic Coating

Industrial-grade nano-ceramic coating is applied following surface preparation and rust treatment. The coating bonds at the molecular level to paint, metal, plastic, and rubber surfaces — providing a dense, hydrophobic barrier against corrosion, UV, chemicals, and extreme heat. Protection ratings of up to 10 years are based on proper maintenance and care by the Client following application.

Dry Ice Pro Auto is not liable for coating failure resulting from:

  • Improper post-application care by the Client

  • Physical damage, impact, or abrasion after vehicle delivery

  • Extreme environmental conditions beyond normal vehicle use

  • Application on surfaces with undisclosed pre-existing damage

10. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be picked up promptly upon notification of service completion. Storage fees accrue at $75.00 per day from the date the vehicle is ready for pickup. Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under Arizona law, including a possessory lien on the vehicle, in the event of non-payment. The vehicle will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

11. Media Release

By authorizing service at Dry Ice Pro Auto, the Client grants permission for Dry Ice Pro Auto to photograph and/or video the vehicle while in our care. Media may be used for job documentation, quality control, promotional content, and marketing on our website and social media platforms including Instagram (@dryiceproauto) and YouTube. Client personal and financial information will remain strictly confidential and will never be shared or published.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Amendments

Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be available on our website at dryiceproauto.com/terms or upon request. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
