These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between Dry Ice Pro Auto ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and our clients ("Client" or "you") regarding our dry ice blasting and related automotive cleaning services. By engaging with our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
Our services encompass, but are not limited to, automotive dry ice blasting, undercarriage dry ice cleaning, and engine bay dry ice cleaning. We specialize in classic cars, exotic cars, and various makes like Porsche, serving locations such as Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson, Queen Creek, Chandler, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Tempe, and Paradise Valley, Arizona, along with Las Vegas, Nevada.
1. Service Agreement
All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work, typically detailed in an estimate or work order.
Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is presented in an appropriate condition for the services, free from excessive loose debris or hazardous materials not related to the dry ice blasting process.
Disclosure of any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive components that may require special attention or pose a risk during cleaning is mandatory. Failure to disclose such information may affect the Company's responsibility or liability.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure scheduling, as specified in your estimate.
Full payment is due upon service completion and before the vehicle's release.
We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed on your invoice.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, though any changes will be communicated before work begins.
4. Liability and Disclaimer
Dry Ice Pro Auto performs all services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with dry ice blasting, including high-pressure application and thermal shock.
The Company is not liable for existing vehicle damage that is exacerbated or revealed by the cleaning process, nor for damage to non-OEM parts, improperly installed components, or electrical systems not explicitly covered by our service agreement.
While dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive method, it is performed at the Client's own risk, especially concerning delicate surfaces or aged components.
The Company's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment malfunction, or adverse weather conditions.
6. Vehicle Pickup
Vehicles must be picked up promptly upon notification of service completion.
Storage fees may apply for vehicles left on our premises for more than 24 hours post-completion without prior arrangement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any related disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
8. Amendments
Dry Ice Pro Auto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The most current version of the Terms will be available on our website or upon request.
Continued use of our dry ice car cleaning services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
